In a rare instance where client becomes customer, we were able to finish an installation for SEW Eurodrive, which supplies the very same gear units we use to drive all our conveyor systems and drop sections.
The T1 Power & Free overhead conveyor system will be used to transport these gear units, big and small, across the shop floor. With a total track length of 95m, the overhead conveyor will carry the units through a painting line, drying ovens, buffer zones, and will be loaded and unloaded via a drop section.
Additionally, each trolley has 5 rotating hooks that can carry loads of up to 200kgs at a time. This means that the trolleys can be used to transport different sized gear motors through the installation, depending on their weight and configuration. For example, a trolley can carry four 50 kg units or two 100kg units at a time. We specially designed these trolleys to meet the production needs of SEW, thereby ensuring an efficient manufacturing process.
